The delivery of orders will be made to the address that indicated when you placed your order. It can be done at home or in any other address indicated, within the period provided in Continental Portugal.

The costs and deadlines will be communicated at the time of ordering. When you place your order, you are accepting the costs and deadlines reported at the time.
If the customer wishes to return the product has a deadline of 15 days from the date of receipt of the same, for this you must communicate your intention to the email email@example.com. We only accept returns of new products, complete with labels and in the original packaging of the product not damaged, altered or shaved. If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. The cost of returning the products is at the user's expense, except for defective products. After we have examined the product, you will be informed about the right or not to return the amounts paid. The return will be made as soon as possible within the period of 30 days from the date of return of the product and can be made by bank transfer.
In case of exchange, if the entire article reference is exhausted, the customer can opt for the full refund, excluding the value of the shipping costs.
In the case of product exchanges the costs of the return are borne by the user. Once we receive your return, an evaluation is done on the product. The exchange is processed within 7 business days and you will receive an email when the new product is shipped.
When you receive the product, if you believe that it is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, you should contact us immediately through our Customer Service Department informing us about the defect. The amounts paid for defective products will be refunded in full, including all shipping costs.
